With the Carnival of Flowers just over two months away, we are waiting patiently now for the spectacular floral displays we've come to expect in our parks in the springtime. However, there is still a great deal of beauty to be found in our parks during the winter months. Picnic Point, once a quarry, has plenty to offer.
