Together we'll absorb the beauty of the botanic gardens, sticking our noses into hidden corners before stepping back in time to unravel the forgotten secrets of the legal precinct, picturing days gone by. Enjoy a complimentary coffee in one of our iconic buildings while our tour follows the timeline to the present, showcasing both historic and modern architecture. You'll hear some fascinating stories about the Toowoomba Gaol, the interesting people who lived in some of the historic houses along Margaret Street and be enthralled by the tales of courage and determination of the people who built this great city. Our tour ends at one of our cities newest and first-rate restaurants where you can relax over a cold drink or stay and enjoy a delicious lunch if you wish. Alternatively, accompany your guide back to the Cobb & Co. Museum where you can spend your afternoon wandering through the fantastic exhibitions, learning more about the history of Toowoomba or view impressive displays by local artisans.
